Can F1 student be sponsored for employer-based green card WITHOUT going h1-b? - complete rules for all card game fustration
The title can be sponsored by employers on F1 student green card without having to H1-B?
In the 29 months OPT announced new rules it is possible to purchase (except for some countries to conclude long), the green card in the OPT. And with the H1-B lottery Crazy still no guarantee that the student is an H1-B 29 months ago, runs OPT can get. So I wonder if the employer can sponsor students directly to F1 to green card without the need for students to H1-B?

theoretically possible, but unlikely, and the reason for this is that required to obtain a green card based on the employer's qualified to be hardcore I mean something more than an MBA with 5 years experience .. so that only a college left used to be able to be classified, even if the application is filed .. BTW is 29 months has already expired?
