His eye was completely covered with soil and his eyes looked white mucus. What can I do to remove? Q How do I clean so that it does not hurt him?

simply wipe with a warm towel to wash. but if you have a lot of mucus in your eyes, you can take him to the vet for an exam. some eye boogers are normal, but may indicate a problem.

It appears that your dog is an eye infection that has congunctivitis. Take him to the vet, cleaning and probably prescribe antibiotics.
