Cheapest way to send a small picture frame from USA to France? - small picture of umbreon
I need to send a picture frame (small, for a photo) to someone in France, California, and find the need for the cheapest available.
I did some quick online search for UPS and FedEx, and prices seem to be cheaper by about $ 50. This seems quite high for a photo-frame, does not have to happen at some point.

Just use your regular mail. You can wrap the frame in bubble wrap, then in a cheap padded envelope and should be right. My mother sent me to Denmark Oklahoma packages per year and costs about $ 50 to 15 pounds to send. N $ 50 to send a picture frame, just outrageous. Forget about UPS and FedEx and the Post Office uses only the United States.
